We cannot submit the following types of applications all of which must be done in person:

• First time or Renewal applications for adults or children.
• Applications when a passport has been lost, stolen or damaged.
• Applications for a second US passport.
• Emergency passports.

We can no longer provide a service for obtaining extra pages, this must now be done in person by prior appointment.
